Na. Muthukumar, born Nagarajan Muthukumar, was an Indian poet, lyricist, and author who primarily worked in Tamil language films. He initially aspired to be a film director and worked as an assistant to filmmaker Balu Mahendra for four years. He was introduced as a lyricist by director Seeman in the film Veera Nadai. He became a prolific writer, credited with penning over 1000 songs. He was known for his frequent collaborations with composers Yuvan Shankar Raja and G.V. Prakash Kumar. He also authored a novel called Silk City.
